Do my eyes dis eve me??? Is that sunshine I see??? It is!!! Am I dreaming??? No!!! Right thats it... its bowls time... and the challenger... Natalie "The Ball & Chain" Aspin!!! Once again we are playing on the shit pit that is our lawn... O but wait... with one new addition... I have actually dug up some soil at the back and made a ditch... yes i know very fancy... anyway we lets get on with this game!!!
First end was easy... I was all over her and managed to get a 3... which is pretty good as instead of 6 bowls each we had four... the next four ends one shot wins each... until it got to the sixth end... i was up the shot but Natalie was able to hit the jack and bring it back for three shots... she is one lucky shit!!! In the seventh end i was able to bring in two shot with some precision bowling... leaving the scores 5-7 to me!!!
In the eighth end Natalie was able to tie the game up 7 a piece before winning the ninth by two clear shots... I had alot of work on my hands... but i had the last shot and i needed to make sure all shots counted... as i went to throw my last shot i was already one shot up and i managed to get another one which left us level!!!
With the scores 9 - 9 we entered the tie end... the jack was bowled close to the ditch... i managed to get several bowls close... and it looked like victory was mine... but Natalie was able to bowl the jack into the ditch on her last shot... and after a quick measure we found out Natalie was the winner and took the game 10 - 9!!! Over all it was a very tight game... and to tell you the truth i am rather disappointed that i wasn't able to pick up the victory... but hey it was fun and i plan to destroy her next time!!!
